The successful completion of 2nd International Conference on "Innovation in Agriculture to Ensure Food Security in Changing Climate" was carried out in Vice Chancellor Secretariat, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan.
During this International Conference, delegate from International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI), Earth Institute, Columbia University in City of New York, USA & more than 30 Speakers from different national & International (Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America, United Arab Emirates etc) organizations participated and shared their research findings on Climate Change, Food Security, Sustainability and Conservation to address the potential impact of Climate Change on Agriculture and Ecosystems.
At the end, it was agreed to start "Actions" for Mitigation of Climate Change Impacts, by joint ventures in the form of Research Projects, Capacity Building Workshop, different opportunities for young researchers, faculty members etc.
