International Webinar on COP27 Expectations and Outcomes

International Webinar on "COP27: Expectations & Outcomes" jointly organized by Asian Institute of Eco-civilization Research and Development, Islamabad and International Center on Climate Change, Food Security and Sustainability (ICCFS), The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), Pakistan. The Speakers includes; Farrukh Iqbal Khan (DG, Foreign Office, Pakistan, Ex-Chair Finance Group UNFCCC, Ex-Chairman Adaptation Fund UNFCCC); Dr. Md. Golam Rabbani (Head, Climate Bridge Fund Secretariat, BRAC); Dr. Mazhar Hayat (Deputy Secretary Ministry of Water Resources, Government of Pakistan); Haseeb Gohar (Deputy Secretary (Foreign Affairs), Prime Minister’s Office, Co-Chair of the Paris Agreement Implementation and Compliance Committee, UNFCCC); Mr Zahid Latif Chairman AIERD, proposed to engage national financial institutions for the climate funding. Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob (T.I), Vice Chancellor-IUB, grace the occasion & conclude the International Webinar and highly appreciate the Organizers and valuable speakers to have words of wisdom along future opportunities and possible practical solutions & onward collaboration and cooperation nationally & internationally.
