An “Expert Group Meeting on Climate Risk Assessments (CRA)” held Online being organized by Global Impact Study Center (GCISC), Ministry of Climate Change, Government of Pakistan. The meeting conducted in collaboration with the InsuResilience Solutions Fund (ISF), funded by the German government to support the development of innovative climate risk insurance products in developing and emerging economies. This consultative meeting brings together decision-makers, experts, and scholars from the federal and sub-national levels in KP and Punjab and international research institutions to discuss state-of-the-art methodologies, models and data requirements for climate risk assessments. Prof. Dr. Wajid Nasim Jatoi, Director, International Center for Climate Change, Food Security & Sustainability (ICCFS), The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), Pakistan participated as “National Climate Change Expert” & “Member” in this International Project.
